Fine Print
- Will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date and time, based on partner's availability
- This experience is non-refundable after scheduling is complete
- Guests must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this experience
- All guests are required to comply with the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS) safety protocols and follow all instructions provided by RNZYS' staff throughout the duration of the tour
- Experience must be redeemed 48 hours prior to experience date RNZYS may reschedule tours at its sole discretion due to operational requirements or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate guests on an alternative date
- RNZYS reserves the right to deny or terminate participation, without refund, for any guest who is deemed unfit, disruptive or non-compliant with safety or behaviour guidelines
- The maximum number of experiences per cardholder is six (6), subject to booking availability
- Guest cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour time to avoid forfeiture. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour may result in loss of the booking fee
- By attending this experience, Guests consent to Mastercard and RNZYS capturing and using photography or video footage for promotional purposes, unless written notice to the contract is provided prior to the event
- A range of food and beverages will be made available for consumption for this Experience. Guests with allergies and/or intolerances are advised to exercise caution and consult with Partner before consuming any items
